Psychopath or psychopathic personality or Psychopaths can not empathize or feel guilt, we interact with others as if they were any other object, use them to achieve their goals, satisfy their own interests. Not necessarily have to cause some bad, but if they do something to benefit someone or some cause seemingly altruistic egoism is only for your sole and exclusive benefit.
